About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Manager to join our team at Amazon Brazil. As a Retail Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction by developing and executing strategies to improve vendor relationships, increase product category sales, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Vendor Management: You will be responsible for auditing and escalating vendor performance, improving overall terms and cost structures, and developing long-term partnerships with new and existing vendors to drive topline and selection fueling category growth.
  2. Category Development: You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to increase product category sales, improve customer satisfaction, and drive business growth.
  3. Customer Experience: You will be responsible for ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded by working closely with vendors, central teams, and functional teams to drive customer-facing and internal systems improvements.
Requirements
  • Account management, project or program management, or buying experience.
  • Experience with vendor negotiations, pricing, and promotion or inventory management.
  • Master's degree.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Access or SQL.
  • Experience using data to influence business decisions.
  • Experience driving internal cross-team collaboration.
  • Experience with business analysis and P&L management.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams.
