We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our Fulfillment Center's Inventory Control and Quality Assurance team as an ICQA Area Manager.

You will be responsible for leading a team of hourly associates in Inventory Control/Quality Assurance operations, championing safety initiatives, and ensuring compliance with network strategies.

This role requires a high level of analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of hourly associates in Inventory Control/Quality Assurance operations.
  • Champion safety initiatives and ensure full compliance with network strategies.
  • Measure quality, inventory integrity, and accuracy, delivering actionable feedback to the operations management team.
  • Conduct shift planning and forecasting while effectively assigning and directing work.
  • Identify root causes of inventory deviations using cause-and-effect methodologies and implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Strong proficiency in time management skills, coupled with confidence in analyzing and organizing large datasets.
  • Resilient, goal-oriented problem solver and self-starter, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize in a dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environment.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders across various seniority levels within an organization.
  • Previous experience in inventory management, placement, and optimization strategies.
  • Proficient in using the full MS Office suite, with advanced Excel skills; experience with MS Access is an advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical abilities, including proficient mathematical and data analysis skills, inventory topography optimization.
  • Able to swiftly pick up new software systems and data analysis tools.
  • Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and techniques.
  • Expert in data mining and data preparation.
