We are looking for a skilled Network Operations Specialist to fill this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The selected candidate will interface and coordinate troubleshooting efforts with other facilities to resolve service disruptions.
  • This role involves service management through case, incident, and problem management.
  • The network specialist will participate in daily operational activities and alarm monitoring to eliminate/mitigate any operational impact to customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or vocational school graduate is required.
  • The ideal candidate will have comprehensive working knowledge of satellite RF related theory and Broadband IP based Platforms such as Gilat Skyedge II-C/IV and Comtech Heights.
  • They must be willing to work in a 24x7 dynamic shift environment (including days, nights, weekends, and holidays).
Benefits and Opportunities:
  • Comprehensive understanding of RF and IP Networking concepts is preferred.
  • Experience with network management systems and associated API's is also beneficial.
  • Operating in a mixed network environment (Juniper & Cisco) would be an asset.
