Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications/Computer Science or equivalent.">
  • 3+ years of experience in NOC.">
  • Experience in at least one of the following technologies: TCP/IP protocols, Network Routing Protocols (OSPF/BGP/RIP), Ethernet Switches (VLAN/STP).">
  • Thorough understanding of ISO Layers 2 through 7.">
  • Proven experience with advanced troubleshooting of transport/transmission networks (NOC/Operations experience).">
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.">
  • Strong technical presentation skills.">
  • Team player with experience training and/or mentoring.">
  • Availability for on-call duty outside business hours.">
