This is a Product Management opportunity for a talented professional with expertise in the financial market.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Sr. Product Manager to lead our Revolving Credit Services product line.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and prioritize features and products based on internal, market, and customer demands.
  2. Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with company strategy.
  3. Conduct regular discovery to evolve functionalities, products, and platform based on external and internal mapping.
  4. Deliver concise user stories and epics, design user workflows, and map interaction data.
  5. Serve as the focal point for product clarification and feature changes during development.
  6. Maintain expertise in requested features, avoiding conflicts with existing features or past requests.
  7. Discuss RESTful APIs, events, microservices, and cloud architecture with engineering teams.
  8. Perform SQL queries without consulting the engineering team.
  9. Lead discovery to delivery of products and features, ensuring quality and requirement deliverables.
  10. Evaluate and prioritize efforts to accommodate executive committee and product evolution plan objectives.
  11. Negotiate trade-offs with stakeholders to achieve strategic company goals.
  12. Communicate with internal and external clients to identify improvement points.

This is a remote position, allowing flexibility in job duties. Remote positions may require occasional on-site presence at offices.

Requirements:
  • Experience as a Product Manager.
  • Experience in the financial market.
  • Knowledge in REST APIs and SQL queries.
  • Experience in agile methodology.
  • Financial Math knowledge.
  • Microservices and events architecture knowledge.

Brazil-based professionals with advanced English proficiency (speaking) are highly desired.
