**Leadership Role in TTS Business Management**The Brazil TTS Business Manager oversees the performance of the TTS business in Brazil and leads administrative activities by driving strategy, financial performance, and refining the operating model. This senior-level position is responsible for developing and implementing strategies aligned with business requirements and objectives.Key responsibilities include exercising wide latitude in discretionary decision-making authority to liaise closely with regional and local business heads and senior managers. Additionally, this role involves providing senior management with recommendations pertaining to strategic decision policy-making authority across the business. The individual will also drive administrative, operational, reporting, and quality improvements through partnership with internal teams.Other key responsibilities include providing financial insight into product profitability and monitoring expected performance. This role also involves measuring and monitoring expense control and approval across the business for restricted commodities such as vendor contracts, client events, travel approvals, and prioritization of head count replacements depending on business necessity.Furthermore, the Brazil TTS Business Manager is responsible for directing the planning, reporting, and analysis of key performance indicators to understand the financial condition and performance of various TTS products, segments, and distribution networks. Strategic decisions are made regarding how to align key business objectives with Citi's overall financial goals.The individual will develop, implement, and execute business strategy to support organic and inorganic growth targets. This includes day-to-day management of all Latam Commercial Cards Product and Implementations Business including oversight for P&L management, budgeting, and people management for these teams.This role requires partnering with senior members of the TTS Regional and Global Management Team, building and maintaining strong partnerships among the ICG Cluster and Business Heads to ensure full alignment. Delivering financial commitments in a fast-growing country and driving a balanced scorecard are also essential responsibilities.The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in global and complex settings with multiple stakeholders, management experience preferably in a financial services role, knowledge of the financial services industry and technology, demonstrated ability to manage a team, and proven ability to work in high-pressure environments.A Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience is required, with a Master's degree preferred. Key qualifications include:
  • 10+ years of experience in global and complex settings with multiple stakeholders
  • Management experience, preferably in a financial services role
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry and technology
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a team
  • Proven ability to work in high-pressure environments
