Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Growth Manager to lead our company's growth initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities that align with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at potential and existing clients.
  • Lead the development and execution of proposals and presentations.
  • Negotiate and close contracts with new and existing clients.
  • Manage and mentor a team of business development professionals (if applicable).
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.

About You

We value skills and know-how over qualifications. We're looking for strength in the following areas:

  • Know-how and network in food ingredient industries (required)
  • Team player with the ability to work in a high-speed technology company, with multi-disciplinary teammates from all backgrounds and specialisations (required)
  • Ability to travel frequently to meet prospects and clients (required)
  • Sales track record of B2B deal closure and client account progression
  • Sales leadership of a small team

Working Conditions

We practice a hybrid working style, with a mix of in-person and off-site work. Expect to travel frequently. There is no minimum number of in-person days per week. Each person and team decides their own schedule. Every member will be assessed by the impact that she/he ships, not by the time spent on work.
