Job Description:
SAP's global internship program offers university students opportunities to find purpose in their careers. The program provides a chance to work with the Onboarding Digital Experience team, alongside Global Strategy and Program Management. As an intern, you will support a range of central and foundational capabilities of the Customer Onboarding organization at SAP.

About the Role:
In this role, you will be involved in activities such as Onboarding Resource Centers Maintenance, Webinar Landing Pages Maintenance, Branding and Assets creation, Stakeholders Communications and Messaging, Customer Onboarding Strategy Support, Experience Mapping & Content Curation, Involvement in Ad-hoc Projects, Social Media, and AI Media.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain Onboarding Resource Centers by updating and improving the page based on data analysis and branding guidelines.
  • Help create and execute a maintenance routine for Webinar landing pages across solution areas within the Onboarding Center.
  • Design visual resources needed to support communications strategy to ensure consistent branding and effective messaging across platforms.
  • Create assets and experiences needed to offer straightforward and easy-to-grasp messaging around strategy to internal and external audiences.
  • Support activities involved in the design and continuous improvement of the Customer Onboarding Strategy.
  • Support daily operations of the Experience Owners team responsible for end-to-end onboarding journey mapping and curation of content leveraged in the Onboarding Experience across solution areas.
  • Get involved in ad-hoc strategic initiatives to address business and transformation demands.

Requirements:
  • Positive, 'can-do' mentality with a passion for learning and taking initiative.
  • Ambition to grow at SAP in a customer success organization and learn global strategy routines.
  • Good graphical design skills or interest in developing it (e.g., Adobe Suite and MS PowerPoint).
  • Experienced in video editing, or interest in developing it (e.g., Adobe Premier, After Effects, and AI video tool as a plus).
  • Participated in creation or maintenance activities of SharePoint Pages, or the interest to learn by doing.
  • Good at planning and proven consistent in commitment and time management.
  • Fluent communication in English is very important as we are a global team - other languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
