PL Service Technician Role
TK Elevator seeks a skilled PL service technician to perform maintenance on elevators, accessibility equipment, escalators, and other brands' equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out preventive maintenance, part replacement, and corrective maintenance on various equipment.
- Adhere to scheduled routes to optimize productivity and align with leadership goals.
- Prioritize safety by adhering to operational procedures and safety standards.
- Ensure proper use and conservation of resources, maintain a clean workspace, and promote the company's image.
- Perform technical activities within your area, including analysis, control, and technical reports.
- Implement and update processes related to your area, proposing innovations and improvements.
Requirements:
- Complete Technical Course (Mechanical, Electrical, Electrotechnical, or related).
- Experience in Elevator and Accessibility Maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of Safety Procedures and Workplace Safety Processes for Technicians.
- Experience in service provision and client relationship management.
