- Analyze and evaluate Property treaties, including coverage analysis, pricing, and negotiation of terms and conditions.
- Evaluate the performance of the portfolio by assessing management reports, internal and external data, maintaining close contact with clients and the claims department, to adjust models and risk appetite and ensure portfolio profitability.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their portfolios, demands, and pain points, and structuring reinsurance solutions that meet their capital and risk needs.
- Proactively support business growth by monitoring market developments and opportunities and supporting innovation initiatives.
- Contribute to treaty underwriting activities through market analysis, studies, and calculations to support pricing and develop client solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Actuary, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields and five or more years of experience in the (re)insurance industry. They should possess deep knowledge of reinsurance structures, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and be a highly committed, constructive, and effective team player. A curious and enthusiastic approach, with a keen interest in understanding trends and customer needs, is essential for success in this role.
