- Coordenação e/ou execução das atividades referentes às inspeções de qualidade dos produtos em seus diversos estágios de produção (inspeções de recebimento, em processo e final).
- Emissão de relatórios de não conformidade e ações corretivas, preventivas e de melhoria.
- Controle dos equipamentos de medição e inspeção acionando, quando necessário, os devidos laboratórios prestadores de serviço.
- Manutenção de arquivos de especificações e padrões de cor.
- Manutenção de arquivos dos demais registros da qualidade pertinentes ao setor.
- Execução de pesagem das caixas de embarque para checagem de quantidades.
- Execução de aprovação em máquina, antes do início da produção quando necessário.
- Montagem de cartelas de padrões de cores para cliente.
- Execução de inspeções do APPCC.
- Execução de inspeções de quebra vidros e controle de lâmina e afins.
- Monitoramento de aplicação do manual de BPF na planta.
- Auxilio nas aberturas e verificações das Ações Corretivas, Preventivas e de Melhoria.
- Conhecimentos de processos gráficos.
