About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Analyst to join our team at Altair Engineering. As a Marketing Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing efforts and helping us achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate marketing activities, including event planning, logistics, and procurement.
  • Support regional B2B digital campaigns, including lead generation, inbound, and outbound campaigns.
  • Support Channel Partners Program, including campaigns and events.
What You Will Do
  • Coordinate marketing, channel partner, and academic in-person and virtual events.
  • Support in planning, development, and execution of B2B campaigns of Engineering and Data Analytics/AI software and services focused on various sectors, under Regional, Vertical, Channel Partners, and Academic programs.
  • Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns and report campaign success to internal stakeholders.
  • Perform activities focused on generating MQL and lead nurturing.
  • Perform marketing and advertising promotional activities, localizing global assets.
  • Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM).
  • Update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with statistical, financial, and non-financial information.
  • Develop local suppliers of marketing services and products.
Requirements
  • Candidates must be proficient in English and submit a resume in English.
  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Design, or related field (1-2 years of experience).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques.
  • Highly creative abilities.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal communication techniques and presentation skills).
  • Good analytical skills, from collecting, processing, and interpreting data: customer behavior, campaign performance, marketing strategies.
  • Well-organized and excellent in planning, prioritization, and time-management skills.
  • Outstanding multitasking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM platforms (e.g., ).
  • Knowledge in website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics and others).
  • Knowledge in Agile project management platforms (Wrike, Asana).
  • Knowledge in Data Analytics and Data Science will be a plus.

  • Salary Range: R$ 4,000.00 until R$ 5,000.00 (fixed salary + variable salary).
