Business Development Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, partner development, and market share expansion for our organization in the Chicago region.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic sales plays to drive adoption of our cloud application delivery and security products through CDW.
  • Develop and execute business plans with CDW, inclusive of mutual objectives, go-to-market strategies, and ROI expectations.
  • Manage weekly cadence calls with CDW to monitor pipeline, revenue, marketing activities, and sales team collaboration.
  • Elevate our brand within CDW through various initiatives, including joint business planning, training, and marketing activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in channel management and/or technology sales.
  • Proven track record of building and executing successful business plans that yield high growth.
  • Working knowledge of CDW's sales organization, leadership, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, team-based environment.
  • Strong time management, strategic planning, conflict resolution, and channel acumen skills.
