We are a global sports phenomenon that has revolutionized the way we understand football and sports. Our 7-a-side football league is chaired by the world's best streamers and content creators, with revolutionary rules that unite the best of football with the latest trends in esports and new ways of communicating and understanding the world.
**The Role**
We are looking for a Competition Manager to organize the player selection process for our various competitions, manage the relationship with clubs during the competition, and coordinate the necessary services to ensure that the competitions are carried out according to our defined norms and quality standards.
Main responsibilities:
Planning and organization of the season and the events that are part of it.
- Coordination, management and communication with the Competition teams, attending to their doubts and requests.
- Coordination and management of the competition resources (human, material and others) together with the Competition Director.
- Making decisions and proposals based on the development and operation of the Competition together with the Competition Director.
- Solving incidents and proposing solutions to problems.
- Forecast and management of sports equipment and corresponding management with suppliers.
- Participation with a proactive attitude in the different projects and events.
- Contribute to create a positive, respectful and inclusive culture within the team and the organization in general.
**Requirements**:
Many years of experience in coordination of sports competitions or soccer clubs, in management positions. Experience as a soccer player, coach or referee valuable.

- Resolute attitude to manage unforeseen events.
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written.
- Ability to work both autonomously and in coordination with the team.
