
Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Business Development Representative. This role is responsible for selling our Workvivo Employee Experience Platform to current and prospective customers.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with experience in prospecting new logos and developing business within existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Consistently achieve ambitious revenue targets by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities
- Manage a sales cycle that includes outbound lead generation, customer engagement, cross-sell, business case development, and contract negotiation
- Partner with our sales team to upsell current customers and assist in closing potential customers
- Strategize and execute lead generation activities along with our Business Development and Marketing Teams
- Collaborate closely with our Solutions Consulting team to gain a deep understanding of our customers' pain points and showcase our solution to address their priority pain points
- 3+ years of proven hunting and closing experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment
- Ability to establish trust quickly with prospective customers and run a full sales lifecycle, start to finish, within the Midmarket segment
- Experience building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Experience executing detailed product presentations and web demonstrations of our software capabilities to customer executives
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics or a related field required
