Business Development Manager - Insurance

  • Job Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and manage distribution channels: Identify and seize market opportunities for the expansion of the solution portfolio. Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and expand the business network.
  2. Prospecting and maintaining clients: Establish and strengthen relationships with clients and brokers, promoting loyalty and sustainable growth. Build trust and maintain open communication with key stakeholders.
  3. Proposal analysis and submission: Assist in the preliminary analysis of submissions in the company's business lines, presenting competitive proposals. Analyze market trends and develop innovative solutions.
  4. Visits to brokers, clients, and branches: Conduct regular visits to build and foster solid and long-lasting relationships. Develop strategic partnerships and identify new business opportunities.
  5. Collaboration with internal stakeholders: Work together with various company departments to develop strategies and implement business initiatives. Foster a collaborative work environment and promote knowledge sharing.
  6. Market analysis: Monitor and report on market developments, providing strategic advice on trends and innovations. Stay up-to-date with industry news and regulatory changes.
  7. Knowledge of the insurance market: Stay informed about the latest insurance products, services, and regulations. Develop expertise in risk management and insurance practices.
