We are seeking a skilled Revenue Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring automatic billing, performing manual billing with specific requirements, and sending invoices and supporting documents to clients.
The ideal candidate will have an educational background in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration and experience with financial activities. They must also possess excellent communication skills, be able to handle customers effectively, and demonstrate strong empathy and team adaptation skills.
The successful candidate will be proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel, and fluent in English. They will also be able to analyze revenue leakages, understand customer concerns, and maintain a customer base while adapting to the Sales organization and segmentation of customer base.
