Site Activation Partner

The Site Activation Partner plays a pivotal role in ensuring operational activities are carried out efficiently from startup to close-out. This includes assigned studies and investigator sites, with the primary goal of maintaining compliance with study timelines and adhering to prevailing laws, Good Clinical Practices, and Client standards.

Clinical Trial Site Activation Responsibilities
  • Initiate and coordinate activities towards compiling a high-quality Investigator Initiation Package (IIP) for approval
  • Register investigator sites and Client stakeholders in relevant registries and systems, updating them regularly for accuracy and inspection-readiness
  • Interact directly with investigator sites to confirm readiness for site start-up by reviewing study site profiles and essential documents
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in clinical trial site activation and management
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
