Quality Manager

We are seeking a Quality Manager to lead our local quality function, ensuring product quality and driving continuous improvement.

This is a key role in our organization, responsible for managing a team and implementing quality systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality management, project management skills, and a solid understanding of relevant onsite processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the local quality team and manage talents.
  • Manage and improve shop floor quality and technology driven by regional global policy.
  • Identify and drive opportunities for local QC/QM improvement.
  • Oversee local/regional projects and enable knowledge/best practices sharing.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, or related fields.
  • OR Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, or related, with post-graduate studies in Food-related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of function-related experience, including at least 2 years in an equivalent position.
Key Skills:
  • Good project management skills and experience with project management techniques.
  • Solid understanding of relevant onsite QIC, FC&A, and Ops processes.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement, complaint, issue and crisis management, industrialization, audit, and change management.
