Sales Director - Brazil

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Brazil. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, including digital ad agencies and direct clients in Brazil.
  • Conduct research to identify potential target clients and determine their needs.
  • Present Refinery89's value proposition to clients and agencies, highlighting the benefits of partnering with us.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and generate leads.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital display and video ad sales.
  • Existing network with connections in agencies and direct clients in Brazil.
  • Knowledge of the programmatic marketplace and landscape.
  • Unmatched communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent social and interpersonal skills.
  • Native Portuguese and excellent English oral and written skills.
