Job Title: Country Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Country Manager to lead our Brazilian business unit and drive growth in the chemical industrial sector.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the local team to achieve profitable growth and customer satisfaction in line with financial targets and global strategies.
  • Develop and implement strategic actions to enter and expand into relevant markets.
  • Implement Group Governance and support process standardization.
  • Report performance in periodic business reviews and coordinate annual budget activities.
  • Represent the Company in all internal and external relations and act as a legal representative in Brazil.
Requirements:
  • Strong background in business development.
  • Analytical ability.
  • Excellent understanding of legal contracts and knowledge of regulatory hurdles.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, persuasiveness, problem-solving, and decision-making ability.
  • Expertise in team building, motivation, and conflict resolution management.
  • MBA in Business Management.
  • Experience in leadership roles and multinational groups.
  • Advanced skills in written and spoken English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
