Role Summary

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong problem-solving ability.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide technical support for desktop/laptop and mobile devices.
  • Manage stock and assets effectively.
  • Offer guidance and assistance on client queries, problems, or troubleshooting.
  • Install and configure PCs and peripherals as needed.
  • Maintain and improve customer service and availability.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for ICT support-related subjects.

Requirements:

Essential Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Experience in PC and/or mobile telephony support.
  • Basic knowledge of network and server administration.
  • Hands-on experience with mounting and unmounting devices.
  • Good knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 10) and MS Office.
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication, and team collaboration skills.
