Field Support Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Field Support Analyst to join our team. As a Field Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to internal departments, managing stocks and assets, and maintaining customer service and availability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow up and support desktop/laptop and mobile devices
  • Manage stocks and assets
  • Provide second-line IT support for all internal departments
  • Offer guidance, assistance, and follow-up on client questions, problems, or troubleshooting (hardware and software)
  • Install and configure PCs and peripherals upon request
  • Maintain and improve customer service and availability

To excel in this role, you should have advanced English skills, experience in PC and/or mobile telephony support, basic knowledge of network and server administration, hands-on experience mounting and unmounting devices, familiarity with Windows OS (Windows 10) and MS Office, knowledge of hardware (HP, DELL, Lenovo), and excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication, and team collaboration skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Advanced English skills
  • Experience in PC and/or mobile telephony support
  • Basic knowledge of network and server administration
  • Hands-on experience mounting and unmounting devices
  • Familiarity with Windows OS (Windows 10) and MS Office
  • Knowledge of hardware (HP, DELL, Lenovo)
