We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our internal departments. Your duties will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring PCs and peripherals, and maintaining documentation for all ICT support related subjects.
- This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in technical support and customer service.
The ideal candidate will have experience in PC and/or mobile telephony support, knowledge of network and server administration, and hands-on experience with mounting and unmounting devices. You will also need to have good knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 10) & MS Office and hardware (HP, DELL, Lenovo).
In addition to your technical skills, you will also need to have excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills.
This is a full-time position, working as part of a dynamic and supportive team.
Job Requirements- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Strong technical skills, excellent customer service skills, and good communication skills.
