International Shipping Coordinator

About the Job

As an International Shipping Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all international shipping processes, including ordering, documentation, and logistics. You will ensure that all import and export activities are carried out efficiently and effectively, in accordance with local and international regulations.

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any issues related to shipping, customs, and logistics. Your excellent communication and negotiation skills will enable you to build strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and logistics partners.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate all international shipping processes, including order management, documentation, and logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, including customs regulations and Incoterms.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any issues related to shipping, customs, and logistics.
  • Develop and maintain updated records of all import/export activities.
  • Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to align operations and improve service quality.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Proven knowledge in import/export or international logistics.
  • Fluent in Spanish and advanced English proficiency.
  • Strong knowledge of customs regulations, international trade procedures, and Incoterms.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and logistics software/tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
