Business Development Role

A business development role that involves generating leads and closing deals is now available. As an English language sales development representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone and convincing them to meet with our account executives.

The ideal candidate will have expert fluency in English, be naturally articulate and outgoing, and passionate about cold outreach to prospects via telephone. They should also be able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage their time effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Outbound B2B appointment setting via telephone in English.
  • Convince cold B2B business prospects to come to a meeting with an Account Executive.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of meetings held.

Requirements

  • Expert Fluency in English for business prospecting.
  • Naturally articulate, outgoing, and convincing person.
  • Passionate about cold outreach to prospects via telephone.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Desired

  • 1+ years of experience as an outbound SDR doing cold calling (software/IT/SaaS a plus).
  • Demonstrated success in meeting monthly targets.
  • Outstanding time management skills.
  • Experience living abroad.
  • High energy team player.
  • Goal-oriented.
  • Experience using CRMs.
