The Federal and State Income Tax Manager position is a critical role within our organization, responsible for managing federal and state income tax matters. As the Tax Manager, you will be part of a team that oversees various aspects of taxation, including compliance, audit, and technical advice.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement income tax strategies to minimize risks and optimize returns.
- Manage a broad portfolio of income tax projects, ensuring timely delivery and technical excellence.
- Build relationships with stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, advising the team on implications and opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in federal and state income tax.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- A proactive approach to risk management and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
