As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for leading complex negotiations and developing high-impact sales strategies. Your experience will enable process optimization and team development. In this role, your challenge is to lead commercial strategies, close significant deals, and play a key role in the company's expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute high-impact sales strategies;
  • Lead and train the sales team in best commercial practices;
  • Conduct meetings and negotiations with Enterprise clients;
  • Implement structured processes for predictability and increased conversion;
  • Manage the sales pipeline with a focus on scalability;
  • Establish pricing and upsell strategies.
Requirements:
  • Experience in structuring complex proposals and strategic pricing;
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships;
  • Intermediate English skills for negotiations;
  • Understanding of financial indicators (CAPEX, cash flow, scalability).
