It focuses on cutting-edge design and technology in the production and sales of passenger vehicles.Responsibilites:Develop and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts by model, region, and channel; Support wholesale and retail target setting aligned with company goals; Coordinate sales planning inputs across key departments (Marketing, Product, Logistics, Finance); Manage vehicle allocation to dealers based on performance and market potential; Monitor sell-in/sell-out performance and support dealer planning through regular reviews; Analyze market trends and competitor performance to identify risks and opportunities; Prepare executive-level reports and contribute to continuous improvement of planning tools and processes.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related field;3–5 years of experience in sales planning, forecasting, or business analysis within the automotive industry;Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills;Fluent English for speaking, reading and writing.Location and work-mode:100% on-site in Morumbi region (Rochaverá building in front of Shopping Morumbi)
