Product Operations Manager

Role Overview

As the Product Operations Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for overseas product operations. You will coordinate local operations and collaborate with headquarters operations/marketing/local teams to build a localized operations framework and achieve annual operational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor local market public opinion and report user feedback to headquarters.
  • Collaborate with global content campaign planning, coordinating resources to produce and implement localized content campaigns, and enhance product awareness.
  • Ensure smooth communication and information flow between headquarters and local operations.
Requirements
  • One year of relevant experience in content operations/product operations, Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Knowledge and interest in mobile/software products, familiar with basic Android/iOS system functions.
  • Chinese and Portuguese speaker.
  • Proactive, strong communication skills, and strong execution capabilities.
