Financial Expertise Wanted

We're seeking a highly skilled Financial Specialist to join our team. As a key player in our organization, you'll be responsible for overseeing various financial activities and contributing significantly to our financial health and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform bank reconciliations to ensure transaction accuracy between financial records and bank statements;
  • Monitor and manage cash flows for assigned offices;
  • Support the bill payment process, ensuring timely payments in accordance with financial policies;
  • Manage accounts receivable activities to maximize cash flow;
  • Develop strategic financial projects to optimize resource management and financial performance based on office needs;
  • Provide financial support and insights to front office areas;
  • Define and monitor goals for teams and individuals to improve performance, aligning with costs;
  • Monitor operational and budgetary costs, comparing them with annual budgets to ensure financial control;
  • Analyze accounting documents and link them to financial analyses for insights and improvements;
  • Prepare and present results reports and conduct weekly cash management reviews for decision-making support.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields;
  • Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role, preferably in a multicultural environment;
  • Advanced Excel skills;
  • Intermediate knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus;
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus;
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration;
  • Motivation to work in a multicultural environment;
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
