Job Title: Business Development Assistant

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and control contracts, offers, orders, and sales proposals, performing basic analyses and supporting the sales area in developing regular activities.
  • Participate in analyses and other studies related to administrative and economic aspects of sales proposals, gathering various data and information such as delivery deadlines, financial aspects, and technical specifications.
  • Monitor post-sales activities, verifying all client information to support internal decisions on improving services.
  • Track and close order portfolios and forecasting for upcoming periods, according to planning, through an automated system, consolidating budget forecasts.
  • Analyze material returns, identifying reasons and responsibilities, informing the competent department to resolve issues and continue the process.

Requirements:

  • Cursing Administration or related areas.
  • Dessirable experience in the position.
  • Basic Excel skills.
  • Knowledge in SAP is a differential advantage.
