The Executive Assistant plays a pivotal role in supporting senior management by managing their schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate performance of functions, manage information, and assist with administrative tasks and meeting coordination.
  • Schedule and cancel appointments, control documents and correspondence, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Control visits and participation in events, book travel arrangements, and prepare reports on industry trends and company data.
Main Activities:
  1. Coordinate the calendar of appointments, distribute mail, answer phone calls, establish contacts, and organize administrative processes.
  2. Manage visitor arrivals, participate in events, and arrange transportation and accommodations.
  3. Compile and present information on various sectors, including automotive, medical, and legislative, to support business decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related fields.
  • Advanced English language proficiency.
  • Japanese/Spanish or another language proficiency (desirable).
