We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Main Responsibilities:- Gather data and information to support internal decision-making through the development of proposals and reports.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to drive business growth.
- Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
- Analyze customer feedback to inform service quality improvements.
Key Qualifications:
- Degree in Administration or related field.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with proficiency in Excel and basic understanding of SAP software.
