Senior Field Service Specialist

This role is responsible for delivering service and support to clients within the beer, wine, and spirits industry.
The successful candidate will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment at customer sites, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Service and test hardware systems, including mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation components in the food and beverage sector.
- Troubleshoot and update software independently, including PLC and HMI systems.
- Issue service reports and/or commissioning reports as required.
- A minimum of 5 years of prior field service experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of prior field service experience.
- Experience with automation instruments, including adjustments and uploading new software.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients.
- This role requires up to 85% travel, involving frequent overnight stays.
- A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is mandatory.
- The ability to lift, move, and maneuver objects up to 50 pounds, as well as stand, walk, and sit for prolonged periods.
- Systems with mechanical, electrical, and instrument components such as valves, pumps, transmitters, and actuators.
- SAP experience is advantageous.
