Job Overview

Clinical Project Managers are required to lead and oversee interdisciplinary clinical research studies in Argentina, leveraging their global experience to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in life sciences, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Manage projects as a Clinical Project Manager, overseeing clinical research studies and ensuring compliance with GCP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
  • Liaison Role: Act as the primary liaison between the customer and the company to ensure timely study launch, conduct, and closeout according to contractual agreements.
  • Team Management: Lead project teams to ensure quality, timelines, and budget management, with accountability for the financial performance of each project.
  • Coordination and Issue Management: Coordinate activities and deliverables of all study conduct partners, proactively identifying and managing issues to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that studies are conducted in compliance with GCP, relevant SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in life sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • CRO Experience: Strong knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements, with CRO and relevant therapeutic experience preferred.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage time and work independently, and strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
