We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brazil Country Manager to join our team at Crypto.com. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our business in Brazil.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Country Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive country strategy that aligns with our global business objectives.
- Lead the Local Business Unit: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the local business unit and work closely with the Brazilian team and the GM Latam to ensure regional alignment.
- Product Launch and Management: Ensure that products brought to market are aligned to the business objectives and contribute to increasing market share, community engagement, customer retention, and product profitability.
- Regulatory Compliance: Work with the Compliance and Risk team to ensure that products and legal documents are fully compliant with all local regulatory requirements.
- Business Development: Build new business relationships and expand the value proposition for the customer and expand distribution.
- Market Analysis and Competitor Intelligence: Conduct regular reviews on market trends and study competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- 8-10 years of professional experience in the Brazilian Payments Ecosystem.
- Familiarity with Regulatory/Bureaucratic requirements and reporting responsibilities.
- Result-oriented with a hands-on approach, analytical/decision-making skills, and business acumen.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in written form effectively.
- Ability to work within and lead a cross-functional team.
- Understanding of financial performance of the product portfolios.
