We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume a pivotal role in our operations team, focusing on strategic financial planning and leadership. As Plant Controller Manager, you will oversee the development of comprehensive financial plans for manufacturing activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Leverage finance expertise to drive financial information across various teams, supporting the manufacturing director in achieving operational goals.
- Prepare and control monthly budget submissions to headquarters, collaborating with global finance leaders to ensure seamless execution.
- Analyze production events, anticipate financial impacts, and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making.
- Validate financial activities made by accounting departments, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
- Develop strategies to optimize expenses, material management, and stock movements.
- Strong understanding of office software applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Fluency in English language.
- Prior experience as a controller or similar role.
