Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Product Manager to lead the development and implementation of data-driven solutions for MedTech Commercial in Latin America. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining product roadmaps aligned with regional business objectives and key results.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, product management, and commercial operations, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. You will work closely with business partners, global product managers, engineers, analysts, and designers to understand customer needs and translate them into user-centric and data-driven features that address business challenges or create new opportunities.

To excel in this position, you should have a hands-on mentality, a solid grasp of data analysis and visualization tools, and practical experience in agile methodologies and frameworks.

You will also play a critical role in coordinating all aspects of the product lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch to iteration, ensuring that data products meet quality and compliance standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related fields; a master's or MBA is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in information technology functions or industries, with at least 3 years of experience in data and analytics.
  • Proven ability in digital product management, preferably in the data and analytics domain.
  • Solid grasp of data analysis, data modeling, visualization, and business intelligence tools.
  • Practical experience in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, MVPs) and frameworks (SAFE).
