Property Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management, construction management, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and implement annual operations and maintenance plans with input from project managers.
  • Scope building renovation projects ensuring compliance with approved standards.
  • Regularly inspect facilities to ensure adherence to established protocols.
  • Manage resources effectively, including staff, contractors, and vendors, to execute the annual plan.
  • Secure high-quality contractors and vendors, guaranteeing their work meets specified requirements.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships through regular communication with customers, employees, vendors, and contractors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as facility management, construction management, or business.
  • 2-5 years of experience in facility management, property management, or an MBA with 2 years of experience in a related industry.
  • Leadership experience, preferably 3 or more years, leading others.
  • Knowledge of facility and property management procedures, business practices, safety codes, and fire regulations.
  • Proven front-line management skills in a multi-discipline environment, with the ability to manage complex situations effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, enabling interaction with employees, leadership, contractors, and vendors.
