The MDI Application Analyst I is an entry-level position supporting Operations and ETS in determining workflows and system capabilities to ensure effective outcomes.
This role requires technical expertise to develop solutions for business problems, analyze and implement solutions based on operational workflow needs, and assist with the installation, maintenance, and education of system applications.
Key Responsibilities:- Designing and implementing technical solutions to address business challenges
- Analyzing operational workflows to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deploy and maintain system applications
- Documenting workflows to reflect current and future states
- Maintaining accurate records of system utilization and effectiveness
- Troubleshooting application performance and technical issues
- Bachelor's Degree required for this position
- A minimum of 0-3 years of experience in IT is required; previous experience in healthcare IT is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of computer systems, patient care information systems, and business systems
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data
- Familiarity with professional theories, practices, techniques, and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
