We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Management Associate to join our team at Watsons Personal Care Stores (Phils.) Inc. As an Inventory Management Associate, you will be responsible for receiving, monitoring, and properly documenting stock deliveries. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, controlling losses and damages, and implementing efficient warehouse processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock movements and documenting discrepancies.
- Conduct regular gap checks to ensure compliance with Retail Operating Standards.
- Perform timely replenishments and implement proper merchandising of items in the selling area.
- Collaborate with the team to implement in-store and digital sales initiatives.
- Participate in learning and developmental programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse and inventory management principles.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
