We are seeking a skilled Asset Management Consultant to join our team in Brazil.

About the Role:
  • Maintain control and organization of project documents, including plans, meeting minutes, checklists, data books, etc.
  • Consolidate physical progress information and prepare project schedules, including S-Curves, dashboards in Power BI, Primavera.
  • Support the development and review of action plans and risk matrices.
  • Extract, compile, and analyze data for KPI generation.
  • Prepare status presentations for management and portfolio meetings.
  • Participate in alignment meetings with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Support communication between departments, ensuring information flows correctly and in a timely manner.
  • Draft meeting minutes and record decisions, responsible parties, and deadlines.
About You:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
  • Postgraduate degree is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Primavera P6 is considered a strong asset.
  • Knowledge in Power BI is essential.
  • Advanced Excel skills are necessary.
  • Availability for on-site work at the client's location is required.
  • Good interpersonal skills, ability to work well with others, communicative, and proactive are must-haves.
