The ideal candidate will develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies for clients across various digital channels, such as paid media platforms, social media advertising, display advertising, email marketing, and other online marketing tactics.
Campaign Management: The successful candidate will plan, launch, and optimize online marketing campaigns to meet client objectives, ensuring return on investment (ROI) and performance targets are achieved and exceeded.
- Data Analysis and Insights: The chosen candidate will analyze campaign performance data using various tools and provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns, improve conversion rates, and maximize ROI.
- Budget Optimization: The selected candidate will manage and optimize digital advertising budgets effectively to ensure the best possible results within clients' budget constraints.
- Ad Creative Development: The successful candidate will collaborate with our creative team to develop compelling ad copy and creatives that resonate with the target audience and drive conversions.
- Testing and Experimentation: The chosen candidate will conduct A/B testing and experimentation to identify the most effective ad copy, landing pages, and audience segments, and implement data-driven improvements.
The ideal candidate will serve as a primary point of contact in all matters related to digital marketing for key clients, building strong relationships and understanding their unique goals and challenges.
The chosen candidate will stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
They will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the digital marketing team's work aligns with broader company goals and client objectives.
Requirements- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required, with a master's degree preferred.
- The ideal candidate will have ~7 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets to drive strategic decision-making are essential.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and others is required.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely are necessary.
- Certifications in relevant digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
