Lead the GenAI Strategy for AWS Startups in Latin America

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our GenAI strategy in Latin America, driving engagements with startup founders and general partners, and collaborating with colleagues across the global Startup Business Development, Marketing, and Sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage with GenAI startups to understand their technical and commercial challenges and opportunities.
  • Act as the voice of the startup customer, discovering, capturing, and reporting back patterns and learnings from the field.
  • Develop and hold relationships with key influencers in the startup ecosystem focused on GenAI.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to better serve the needs of customers leveraging GenAI technologies.
  • Produce GenAI thought leadership and technical-leaning content, workshops, and events for the startup ecosystem.
About the Role:

This is an individual contributor role that will interact with the startup team, comprised of startup founders/operators who champion and work alongside the world's best startups and investors in ML, AI, and data science.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements experience.
  • 7+ years of professional or military experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience as a founder or executive focused on related segments, or as a practice leader or business unit owner.
  • Experience selling to Fortune 1000 or Global 2000 organizations.
  • Fluent English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
