Financial Operations Specialist

The Fiscal Analyst role is designed to oversee operational processes related to auxiliary tax obligations, ensuring compliance with Brazilian regulations. This position requires a strong understanding of fiscal policies and the ability to implement optimizations to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and submit accurate auxiliary tax obligations, including SPED, EFD-Contribuições, and ECF.
- Address day-to-day fiscal and tax-related issues, resolving compliance matters with Brazilian regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fiscal policies and requirements, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and implement opportunities for optimization in fiscal processes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
- Support the implementation of tax-related system updates and integrations.

Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in fiscal operations and Brazilian tax compliance.
- Strong understanding of Brazilian tax regulations and auxiliary obligations.
- Experience with tax software and ERP systems, such as SAP, is highly desirable.
