Key Roles and Responsibilities

Support the successful management of business opportunities within a growing services team. Key functions include:

  • Initial report review, monitoring of mailbox and information collation and status updates for CNS opportunities; acting as deputy to triage lead
  • Coodination of opportunity BD strategy calls
  • Ensuring the team have right information for, and delivery of, quality proposals on time, assisting with content where required/applicable to aid completion
  • Enforcing and maintaining a proposal library to increase GTM knowledge base of indications and COA nuances in collaboration with the GTM team and Scale Management lead
  • Coordination of change order log and drive assignment and development of supporting budget, proposal and contracting process liaising with required teams through to completion
  • Regular review of market analysis of drug and study pipeline for potential high priority compounds/companies to inform CI feeds and targeting activity
  • Supporting the team strengthening collaborations with stakeholder teams and coordination of meetings, updates, collateral etc
  • Support with maintenance of sales pipeline updates on Salesforce and reporting
  • Assisting with evolution of triage/opportunity trackers to ensure scalable and easy to maintain
  • Assisting with building processes and collateral for additional services as we scale
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant bachelor's degree (e.g. Biology, Psychology, Pharmacy, Business Administration or other related field)
  • Knowledge of the clinical research industry preferred
  • Interest in CNS disorders and awareness of clinician administered outcome assessments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Salesforce
  • Fluency communication in English - the role will be conducted in English and working with colleagues/sectors worldwide
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, project management, organisational and customer service skills
  • Experience in meeting facilitation, presentation, and training
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships in a diverse business environment
