**Job Summary:**

The Indirect Materials Procurement Leader will report directly to the Brazil Procurement Manager and play a pivotal role in supporting them in assessing needs, developing solutions, and proactively managing sourcing requirements.

This key position ensures collaborative communication occurs between strategic sourcing teams and shared services transactional teams. It drives compliance with procurement policies for activities within scope and supports organizational change management efforts for the plant or country as part of the overall Global Procurement transformation.

The ideal candidate will consider cultural and organizational specifics to assess readiness for change and overcome any barriers to change.

  • Executes sourcing strategies at a plant or local level aligned with overall indirect category strategies.
  • Supports organizational change management efforts for the plant or country.
  • Maintains relationships with local suppliers based on the Global Procurement supplier segmentation strategy.
  • Executes negotiations for local contracts to meet regional and global financial targets.
  • Considers cultural and organizational specifics to assess readiness for change and overcome any barriers to change.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • At least three years of procurement experience.
  • Management experience (Minimum 3 year).
  • Work experience in multinational or large national companies.
