About The Role

Coalition Greenwich is seeking a skilled Interviewer and Research Professional to join their team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, experience in conducting interviews, and the ability to work autonomously with high initiative.

This role requires strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to research new data and update the company's database.

The selected professional will work closely with the Field Operations team and consultants to gather valuable insights for Coalition Greenwich studies.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting interviews with professionals from Brazilian companies
  • Representing Coalition Greenwich during interviews
  • Entering data into the company's CRM system
  • Researching new data to update and maintain the database

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Interviewing experience (desirable)
  • Contact database management and organization
  • Professional appearance on the phone and in virtual meetings
  • Excellent time management
  • Persuasion/communication expertise
  • Autonomy to investigate new data
  • Autonomous work with high initiative
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience in the banking or financial sector
