Our team is dedicated to creating impactful journeys that meet our partners' consumer marketing objectives. We are seeking a skilled Brand Partnerships Manager to join our team and further strengthen our position in the Brazilian market as the music partner of choice for brands looking to incentivize their customers through music subscriptions and reach new ones through sponsorships and advertising.

This role involves building revenue-driven partnerships across our main lines of service: Deezer Premium Subscriptions, Branded Content and Ad Sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales pipelines, managing negotiations with strategic clients, and creating innovative solutions to drive business growth.

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve quarterly revenue targets.
  • Negotiating and leading regional media resellers relationships.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of pitch presentations and live deals.
  • Representing the brand and acting as a ambassador in Brazil.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales related to digital media advertising, digital subscription services, and branded content.
  • A strong track record in negotiating and leading multi-stakeholder projects.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • A high level of time management, prioritization, and organization.
  • A collaborative mindset, highly motivated, and comfortable working closely with other team members.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus).
